1. How We Collect & Use Personal Data

We collect information you provide and data generated through service usage:

1.1 Account Registration & Login

Sign-up requires a phone number; optional profile details (avatar, nickname, etc.).

Third-party login accesses public info (avatar, nickname) for account linking.

1.1.2 Identity Verification

Real-name authentication (name, ID number) may be required for certain features. Refusal limits access to those services only.

1.2 Content Browsing

Logs (clicks, searches, location) improve recommendations.

Precise GPS is optional; refusal disables location-based content but not other features.

1.3 Posting & Interaction

Camera/microphone access needed for media uploads. Denial disables this function.

Livestreams may require facial recognition (name, ID). Data is used only for verification.

Nearby features use location; IP-derived city data is used if GPS is denied.

1.4 Search

Queries and history are stored temporarily for improved results.

1.5 Security & Operations

Device data (OS, IP, logs) ensures service stability and fraud prevention.

1.6 Legal Exceptions

Data may be processed without consent for legal compliance, security, or public interest.

2. Cookies & Tracking

Used for security, login persistence, and personalized recommendations.

Clear cookies via browser settings, but some features may break.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

No sharing without consent, except anonymized or legally required cases.

Business transfers (mergers) may include data; successors must uphold this policy.

4. Data Storage

Stored in Hong Kong; no international transfers without legal compliance/consent.

Deleted upon account closure unless retention is legally mandated.

5. Security Measures

Encryption, access controls, and audits protect data. Absolute security isn't guaranteed.

6. Your Rights

Access/Edit Data: Profile settings (avatar, nickname), liked/followed content.

Delete Account: Irreversible; processed within 1 business day.

Minors: Users under 18 need guardian consent; unauthorized data is deleted.
